WAG 06-16-05-a
Child care approved by a CCR&R Agency or a Site Administered Provider (a licensed center under contract with DHS) is paid directly to the child care provider. See WAG 25-05-01 for a directory of CCR&R Agencies.
A TANF client who receives child care services through a CCR&R Agency or Site Administered Provider at the time of TANF cancellation does not have to make a new request. However, they must meet the eligibility guidelines to qualify. Clients must report a change in income to the CCR&R Agency or Site Administered Provider within 10 days of the change.
Child care payments approved by CCR&R Agency or a Site Administered Provider are issued for work, education, or training activities based on actual verified costs and legal care arrangements.
Clients and child care providers are notified by the CCR&R Agency or the Site Administered Provider when supportive service benefits are being approved, denied, reduced, or stopped.
