REDE QMB only cases at least once every 12 months. No review of changes is required by the Family Community Resource Center during the period between REDEs, unless the information appears on the Priority Action List (PAL) as a result of the IEVS or any other crossmatch. QMB only cases appear as "due" for REDE on the PAL, in the 11th month of the 12-month eligibility period. The REDE form is sent centrally to cases which appear on the PAL.
