Resource limits for MSP may change each year. See WAG 25-03-02 for MSP resource limits. 

See PM 07-02-00 (AABD) for determining resources.

Spenddown does not apply to QMB. When nonexempt resources are higher than the QMB standard, the person is not eligible for QMB benefits. For AABD, any resource intended to be transferred to a community spouse, but not actually transferred, are available and apply to the QMB resource standard.
