• Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) = June 12, 2022.
  • Certification Period = October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022.
• Reported Pregnancy End Date = June 20, 2022.
  • Postpartum Certification Period = July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.

Note: The Pregnancy End Date is used to calculate the postpartum period.
