An outstanding Rebate overpayment is identified by code 186 OROV in Item 80 of Form 552. When a family reapplies and they previously received All Kids Rebate, check Item 80 to see if code 186 appears. If so, enter the correct information on Screen K2 and Screen K3 of AIS. If the family has a Rebate overpayment, AIS prompts to deny All Kids Share and All Kids Premium with TA 05/TAR 66. revised textThe overpayment is recouped by HFS' Bureau of Collections.
