PM 04-01-05-a: Set Up One Case

WAG 04-01-05-a.

Set up one TANF case if:

• all the children are required to be in the same filing unit,
• the caretaker is the parent of all the children in the case, or
• the caretaker is not the parent of any child in the case.

Make the case category 04 or 06, as described in PM 04-01-00.
