PM 03-06-05-e: Exception Request Approved

WAG 03-06-05-e.

When the exception is approved, the Family Community Resource Center must:

  • send the client a notice of exception approval;
  • take appropriate action and add the exception coding to the case; and
  • restore lost benefits, if benefits were reduced or stopped and the exception request was filed on or before the 10th workday following the date the reduced or canceled benefits would have been received.
