PM 02-08-03: Verification

WAG 02-08-03.

Try to get all required verification within the expedited processing timeframe. Identity must be verified before issuance of benefits, but do not delay issuing benefits just because all other information has not been provided.  A request for verifications should be sent after the expedited interview has been conducted and when all electronic sources have been utilized prior to requesting verifications.
