PM 01-03-01-b: Refusal to Cooperate

WAG 01-03-01-b

Deny a SNAP application immediately if the SNAP unit refuses to cooperate and the following conditions are met:

• the SNAP unit is able to cooperate; and
• the action requested is an eligibility requirement; and
• the unit has clearly shown that it will not take the needed action.

If there is any question as to whether the unit has failed or refused to cooperate, consider it as a failure to cooperate and work with the unit in getting the needed information.
