PM 01-02-00: Client Cooperation (Cash, Medical)

To qualify for benefits from DHS, clients must cooperate in determining their initial and ongoing eligibility.  Clients must always report accurately at application. Clients must also report any changes that may affect their eligibility. See PM 24-02-01 for Child Support Cooperation.
