PM I-03-05: Programs for Children

All Kids Assist is a medical program for children under age 19 with higher income limits than those for adults. Income level for the All Kids Assist program is equal to or less than 318% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Presumptive Eligibility Coverage

A child under the age of 19, whose declared family income is equal to or less than 209% of the FPL, may be presumptively eligible (PE) for medical benefits when an application is received if certain criteria are met. For more information, see PM 02-05-04.
