WAG 25-06-07-m: State Exempt January 2009 through December 2017

The entire state was exempt from the SNAP Work Requirement 1/01/2009 through 12/31/2018. A nonexempt SNAP customer who would have been subject to the SNAP Work Requirement and Time-Limited Benefits if the policy was effect were still required to participate in the SNAP Employment and Training (Program SNAP E&T) where the program operated and provider slots were available.
