WAG 03-04-04

To receive ACA Adult based on age, a person must be age 19-64.

ACA can also include Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults. (See PM 06-35-00 Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults (HBIA). To meet the HBIA age requirement, a person must be between the ages of 42 and 64. New materialHBIA Program Obsoleted July 1, 2025.

Student status has no effect on ACA Adult eligibility.
