IES will generate an auto-populated manual medical REDE notice with information found in IES case data and in the clearances. The REDE forms generated depend on the benefit received by the household. The REDE forms dynamically display only relevant information based on household type and budgeting methodology.
Households Receiving Medical Only
Form 2381 Time to Renew is sent with the auto-populated medical REDE form 643M, 643N or 643X.
Households Receiving Medical with SNAP and/or Cash
Form 2381B Time to Renew is auto-populated with data found in the clearances and sent with the SNAP, Cash and medical REDE form 1893.
