The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "New Customer Service and Accessible Meetings Resources." This session discusses the requirements and best practices of the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center's two new resources for enhancing customer service and the accessibility of meetings, events and conferences.
