ADA Distance Learning Session: Reporting Clearly and Accurately about Disability

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Reporting Clearly and Accurately about Disability." This two-part session will discuss an increasing demand for respectful and effective reporting about disability in the media. Part I (30 minutes) is for those who want quick overview and focuses on five key points to keep in mind when reporting on disability. For those who want a deeper insight, Part II (60 minutes) is a panel of journalists discussing their ideas and experiences around disability reporting.

Please note: The webinar is designed so that attendees can choose to attend the whole webinar or to only attend Part I (the 30 minute quick overview).
