• The Alexander County FCRC (011) is consolidating with the Pulaski FCRC (085) on September 2, 2015.

• A copy of the client notice announcing the Alexander County FCRC (011) consolidation with Pulaski (085) is attached.

To improve the delivery of services and increase cost effectiveness, the Alexander County FCRC is being consolidated with the Pulaski County FCRC. 

Copies of the CN 15.11/CN15.11S (pdf) are attached.
