MR #15.06: Human Trafficking

Summary:

This policy eliminates the requirement for a human trafficking victim to present a new Certification Letter after 8 months.

• The Office of Refugee Resettlement issues only one Certification Letter for Human Trafficking Victims.
• Certification Letters do not expire after eight months.
• Effective immediately, caseworkers no longer are required to set a control to review a persons' status at eight months to obtain a new Certification Letter.
