The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Disclosure of Disability under the ADA and its relationship to Section 503 Regulations." This session discusses the new Section 503 Regulations effective March 24, 2014 which requires Federal contractors to invite applicants to self-identify as individuals with disabilities during the pre- and post-offer phases of the application process. In addition, the issue of how the Section 503 requirements fit with the ADA's non-discrimination requirements will be discussed.
