The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "What's Your Plan? Part 3: Bringing It All Together: Transition Plans, Barrier Removal Plans, and Action Plans." This is the third in a three-part series. This session discusses the creation of an action plan for changes to policies, practices, and procedures; a barrier removal plan; and/or a transition plan for making physical changes to facilities in order to achieve program access.
