Local Office Consolidations - Clay/Richland, Pope/Massac, Alexander/Pulaski

SUMMARY:

  • Clay County customers will now be served by the Clay or Richland County FCRCs.
  • Pope County customers will now be served by the Pope or Massac County FCRCs.
  • Alexander County customers will now be served by the Alexander or Pulaski County FCRCs.
  • A copy of the client notice announcing the consolidation is attached.

To improve the delivery of services and increase cost effectiveness, the following counties will have some of their case actions completed by workers in a neighboring office beginning September 23, 2013. 

  • Clay County (022) customers will now be served by the Clay or Richland County (088) FCRCs.  Clay County cases will appear under Richland County FCRC (088) office number.
  • Pope County(084) customers will now be served by the Pope or Massac County (069) FCRCs.  Pope County cases will appear under the Massac County (069) office number.
  • Alexander County (011) customers will now be served by the Alexander or Pulaski County (085) FCRCs.  Alexander County cases will appear under the Pulaski County (085) office number.

This will be a virtual consolidation of these offices and each office will remain open to serve customers. All case transfers should be sent to the new office address.
