Who must complete DSP training?

Respite workers, job coaches, secretaries and other support staff are exempt from DSP training requirements.

Other provider staff, including Executive Directors and QIDPs who spend 20% or more of their time in a direct support role must also complete an approved DSP training program and be designated as a DD Aide on the Health Care Worker Registry.
