ADA Distance Learning: Did you hear me? Ensuring effective communication with your customers

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Did you hear me? Ensuring effective communication with your customers." This session will discuss the obligations of medical providers, lawyers, tax preparers, local and state government agencies, social service providers, etc. to ensure that they provide effective communication to their customers.
