  7. IEP/IFSP Meeting - Within 30 days of obtaining diagnostic results.
  8. Initiation of Services - Within 2 weeks of IEP/IFSP meeting, or upon receiving copy of IEP/IFSP, if child was previously diagnosed.
  9. Transition Plan - Starts at the time of IEP/IFSP meeting, is discussed again at least a month prior to family departure, and is completed when family leaves.

GOAL IV: To ensure that IEPs and IFSPs are developed using comprehensive information and full parental participation in order to meet the individual needs of children with disabilities. (See Inclusion Policy and Procedures) (HSPS 1308.19; 1308.20)

VIII-C, 4 Contact grantee staff when delegate budget does not allow for needed building or transportation modifications. Director As needed
VIII-C, 5 Within one week of attendance of a child with disabilities, the DSC will schedule a meeting with the education staff and parents to discuss and plan for the individualization of the child's curriculum and assessment. Thereafter, the DSC and teaching staff shall meet at least once a month, to reassess and/or modify strategies. Parents shall be invited and kept informed at all times. Meetings will be documented in the Child Inclusion & Environment Modification Plan.
