PM 03-01-01-c: Documentation of Identity

WAG 03-01-01-c

If a copy of a photo ID from the list in WAG 03-01-01-c appears in the case record, and the original was viewed and copied by Department staff, identity is established.

If a child who is a U.S. citizen turns age 16 after identity has been established, no further documentation is required unless the person has a break in assistance.
