Contacting Your Community Services Staff

The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Home-Based Community Service (HCBS) system is divided into seven regions. This system provides a structure for communication, implementation, and coordination of HCBS programs. Region Representatives are State staff that can assist providers and are assigned to each region. Service providers are assigned based on their geographic service area.
