ADA Distance Learning: Service Animals: Unraveling the differences and best practices

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Service Animals: Unraveling the differences and best practices." This session will discuss the experiences and the best practices for ensuring access for customers with disabilities in the hospitality industry.
