ADA Distance Learning: Ensuring Effective Communication: Whose responsibility is it?

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Ensuring Effective Communication: Whose responsibility is it?" This session will discuss whose responsibility it is to provide communication related accommodations as communication is central to all aspects of conducting business or providing services. In addition, the session will provide insight into the problems, discuss case law as it has developed in this area and identify best practice guidelines for approaching this issue.
