ADA Distance Learning: Understanding Mental Illness: What does an employer need to know?

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Understanding Mental Illness: What does an employer need to know?" This session focuses on mental illness and the impact that it can have on the lives of employees. In addition, understanding of the impact that mental health issues can have on the individual and in turn the workplace and strategies for creating a workplace environment that is supportive of all employees will be discussed.
