ADA Distance Learning: Work at Home/Altered Work Schedules as an Accommodation

The Bureau of Accessibility and Safety Systems (BASS) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Work at Home/Altered Work Schedules as an Accommodation." This session will discuss ADA and reasonable accommodation regarding whether it includes work at home or an obiligation to provide an altered work schedule. In addition, the session will explore what the courts are saying and how the EEOC guidance in this area is useful in determining whether or not it is "reasonable" for your organization.
