Voluntary Product Accessibility Template

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT, is a checklist that can be used to solicit basic feedback from a vendor about how a product complies with relevant accessibility standards. The VPAT format was developed by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) and is used by the United States Federal government. The IITAA Workgroup had drafted an IITAA VPAT modeled after the Federal VPAT, but is currently only using the standard Federal version.
