Special Non-Financial Eligibility Requirements

Determining Financial Eligibility

The earned and unearned income of the following persons shall be counted when determining eligibility:

• Income of the individual.
• Income of the spouse.
• Unearned income of a dependent child under the age of 18 years who is included in the income standard because it is to the advantage of the individual.

Monthly income and deductions, including work related expenses that are allowed as deductions, shall be considered as specified for AABD MANG community cases, (PM 08-02-00).
