ADA Distance Learning: Nature & Scope of Discrimination in Hiring

The Bureau of Accessibility and Safety Systems (BASS) and Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "The Nature and Scope of Discrimination in Hiring Under ADA Title I." This session will focus on facts about the nature and scope of hiring discrimination related to characteristics of the charging parties, employers, and outcomes. These findings and their ramifications for the implementation and future of ADA will be discussed.
