Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, & Human Trafficking

The Bureau of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking supports prevention and intervention services for domestic violence victims, their children, their significant others, individuals who cause harm, and communities. This includes comprehensive, community-based services to reduce the incidence of domestic and sexual violence, to ensure that survivors, their children, and significant others have access to safety, medical care, crisis support, legal advocacy and counseling services for themselves. The Bureau also supports services to reduce and prevent domestic violence through education to abusers and assistance to the court system.
