PM 06-11-03: In-Home Support and Residential Waivers for Developmentally Disabled Children

These waiver programs are for individuals age 3 through 21, who are determined to have a disability. A disability determination is not required for children under age 19. The waiver services allows HFS to provide services in the home or a community-based group home to individuals who are eligible for and are at risk of placement in an institution. These services may be provided in a community agency or a community organization by an independent service provider.
