Legacy System Process
For the annual face-to-face REDE, the unit completes the REDE application, but brings it to the Family Community Resource Center for the interview. See PM 19-03-03 for the face-to-face REDE process for SNAP and PM 19-02-01 for TANF.
IES Phase 2 Process
For the annual face-to-face REDE, the unit may complete the REDE application by:
- using the electronic version online in ABE Management My Case (MMC) Renew My Benefits, or
- calling the ABE Customer Call Center toll-free hotline. Cash benefit renewals cannot be done by phone, or
- mailing to the Post Office box on the notice
- bringing in person to the Family Community Resource Center.
A face-to-face interview is required. See PM 19-03-03 for the face-to-face REDE process for SNAP and PM 19-02-01-d for TANF.
