ADMINISTRATIVE DISQUALIFICATIONS COURT ORDERED DISQUALIFICATIONS

  • First violation - 6 months
  • 2nd violation - 12 months
  • 3rd violation - permanently
  • First violation - 6 months
  • First violation for trading benefits for a controlled substance -12 months
  • First violation of trading benefits for firearms, ammunition, or explosives - permanently
  • 2nd violation - 12 months
  • 2nd violation of trading benefits for a controlled substance - permanently
  • 3rd violation - permanently
Offense on or after 08/22/96
  • First violation - 12 months
  • 2nd violation - 24 months
  • 3rd violation - permanently
  • First violation - 12 months
  • First violation for trading revised textbenefits for a controlled substance -24 months
  • First violation of trading revised textbenefits for firearms, ammunition, or explosives, or trafficking SNAP benefits of $500 or more - permanently
  • 2nd violation - 24 months
  • 2nd violation of trading benefits for a controlled substance - permanently
  • 3rd violation - permanently
Offense on or after 11/01/02 A person is disqualified for 10 years if being convicted of making a false statement or misrepresenting their identity or place of residence in order to receive more than one food stamp issuance at the same time. A person is disqualified for 10 years if being convicted of making a false statement or misrepresenting their identity or place of residence in order to receive more than one SNAP issuance at the same time.
