This sub-topic describes the TARS used when replacing cash benefits and/or a medical card.

Use of the following TARs with TA 55, does not generate a central notice.

00	Lost or stolen check
01	Lost or stolen check and medical card
02	Voided check
03	Reissue medical card (cash cases only) For Category 91, 92 and 93 cases, no TAR is needed.
04	Voided check and medical card
