27-39-01: New Approvals/Reinstatements

Use the following codes for new approvals and reinstatements.

80	Medical, Medical/SNAP, QMB Only/SNAO, SLIB Only/FS, QI-1 Only/SNAP NOTE: Always enter this code for a spenddown case without SNAP and for an LTC approval.	FCRC completes and sends Medical notice and SNAP notice, if case has SNAP (Medical - Form 458, Form 458D or Form 458LTC, or Form 458SP and Form 458M; SNAP - Correct pages and sections of Form 360)
