27-07-00 Item 7: Transmittal

This Item is used by the Terminal Operator for all transactions transmitted to Springfield by terminal. The Terminal Operator records their initials, date, and schedule number to indicate the action entered has been transmitted.

For all transactions mailed to Springfield:

• NUMBER: The Financial Unit (FU) enters the number of the transmittal covering the authorization.
• DATE: This is the date of entry.
• CONTROL CLERK: The FU initials here.
