WAG 23-06-02-b: Court Ordered Action to Restore Benefits

If a court reverses the IPV decision:

1. (FCRC) Give the SNAP unit back benefits if currently eligible (see WAG 23-01-00).
2. (FCRC) Keep the court order in the case file of an SNAP unit that is not currently eligible to be used if they apply again and are eligible. See PM 23-01-04  for time limits on restoration of past month's benefits.
