WAG 23-09-01-c

Refer information on AABD Cash and AABD Medical clients' real property to the HFS Bureau of Collections (BOC). This includes a client's home, even when it is exempt as an asset.

Make the referral when:

• the client first applies for benefits; or
• information about the property is learned.
