Central storage facilities do not accept boxes unless they are approved records storage boxes. Order records storage boxes through the Warehouse Control System, stock number 13021.
Transfer Box Labels
The preprinted State Records Center label must appear on all boxes. Order transfer box labels through the Warehouse Control System, stock number 13859.

Use Records Transfer Sheet (Form 4199) and the FCRC Closed/Denied Case Record Storage Box Contents
(Form 1640) to transfer all files sent to the State Records Center. Order records transfer sheets and continuation pages through the Warehouse Control System.
