PM 23-05-01-c: Voided Checks With a Recoupment

When you rewrite a check that had a recoupment amount deducted, do not increase the recoupment. If the correct recoupment would be less than the original, do not recoup anything from the rewrite. If the recoupment amount would be the same or greater, recoup the original amount from the rewrite.

When you rewrite a check and do not include the original recoupment, notify BOC so they can change the recoupment records on ARS.
