The client may claim that cooperation with the CSE process is not in their best interest or the best interest of the child. These claims are called good cause.
Tell client of their right to claim "good cause" for noncooperation.
Child support actions are not taken as long as good cause exists.
The client must cooperate in the CSE process for a child(ren) for whom good cause has not been claimed.
The client may claim good cause for noncooperation with the CSE process when:
