PM 23-04-03: Changes in Overpayment Information

WAG 23-04-03

Report changes in overpayment and case information to BOC for updating of the Accounts Receivable System (ARS). The Accounts Receivable System is the official record of all overpayment information. For both cash and SNAP claims ARS has:

• account status;
• original recoupment balance;
• adjustments and recoveries;
• current balance;
• last recovery date; and
• the amount and recoupable balance.

ARS also has specific case information such as name, address, date of birth, and social security number.
