When cash benefits are voided and the unit is eligible for replacement benefits, take action to start the replacement process.
When a client reports the non-receipt of a check, do not delay the replacement process. If the check was not returned, treat it as lost or stolen (see PM
22-02-01).
When a check or MediPlan card is returned to the Family Community Resource Center by the client or another person, it must be voided immediately.
