If the customer has been issued a timely notice, benefits can be voided by Family Community Resource Center staff up to the benefit availability date. See PM 01-06-04 for revised text Food Assistance situations in which timely notice is not required.

The Family Community Resource Center may void cash or revised text Food Assistance benefits or both. Only the Division of Child Support Services can void child support payments.
