To determine the prorated benefit amount, multiply the full month's benefit amount by the multiplication factor

for the number of days of the fiscal month that passed, including the day of application. Round down the result.

Example:
$ 1,563 Full month's benefit for 11 persons
x .7334 Multiplication factor for 9 days
1146.3042 Round down to $1146
