Basic Education
(FCRC or Provider) Review and discuss Basic Education Requirements with each customer in an activity.
(FCRC or Provider) Use Referral Form (Form 2151) or other locally established procedures to refer a customer to an education or training facility. Enter the Activity Code in the SNAP E&T Screen for the type of education program: Adult Basic Education, GED classes, High School, English as Second Language.

Attendance and Progress
(FCRC or Provider) Use Monthly Activity Report (Form 2606) or other locally established procedures to verify attendance and
progress.
Supportive Services
(FCRC or Provider) Verify the need for all basic education expenses and their costs. This information must be furnished by the customer.

FCRC or Provider) Authorize supportive payment for expenses. See WAG 26-06-11 for supportive service.
